For online banking, you will need a login name (that you can select yourself) and an authentication ID number, called ID for short. To log into online banking, you will need either your login name or your ID and your PIN. This combination is your personal data key. The system uses this data key to identify you and provide you with access to online banking.
Please note: Should you ever forget or delete your login name, you can always login with your ID and PIN.

Make it easier to log into online banking. Create your own login name: Such as: "John@Smith.co.uk" or "Max 123" or "Sand&fun_09:)" or use your account number "1234567890". Including some special characters in your login name means it can be infinitely varied.
As soon as you have created a login name, you will only be shown the options Change and Delete login name.
Change login name:
You will be shown the Change login name option as soon as you have created a login name.
Delete login name:
You will be shown the Delete login name option as soon as you have created a login name.
If you have deleted your login name, you will only be shown the Create login name option.
