This page contains the following options:
Address
Allows you to manage your addresses. Once opened, you will be shown all of your registered addresses.
You can also do the following:
Enter new or additional contact details (addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails)
Change existing contact details (addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails)
Delete existing contact details (addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails)
View contact details that cannot be changed or deleted (such as foreign addresses)
Please note:
It is not possible to
- Change foreign addresses and
- Delete your main residence.
Telephone
Allows you to manage your home and mobile phone numbers. Once opened, you will be shown all of your registered telephone numbers.
Please note: It is not possible to enter foreign telephone numbers.
Please note:
If you have registered a mobile phone number for smsTAN, parts of this number may be encrypted, such as "+49 **** ****1234". These telephone numbers cannot be changed or deleted on this page.
To change a smsTAN mobile number, you will first have to deactivate the number under Manage smsTAN under Manage PIN/TAN.
E-Mail
Allows you to manage your e-mail addresses. Once opened, you will be shown all of your registered e-mail addresses.
